We spent the whole week in that hotel. Room: bedding was not clean on two ocassions. Not enough space for clothes. Mini bar: only water inside. Water is free but not every day we got new bottles. Bathroom: normal size shower, shower gel and shampoo. Enough towels, changed daily if you put on the floor. Very simple hairdryer not good enough for 4 stars. Separate toilet. Breakfast: very average selection and quality, if you come at 8am you are lucky to have boiled eggs otherwise powder scrambled eggs avaliable. If you are ok with cakes and pastries or pancakes it is enough of it. There is gluten free bread and muffins avaliable. If you like your protein for breakfast you will be dissapointed. If you finished one plate , nobody is collecting, so if you want more food you will have lots of dirty plates on your small table. If finally somebody collets your plate they will leave your dirty fork and knife to use again which is disgusting… Lunch: very expensive burger , taste ok. You can have tab water to drink. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Pool: nice pool. Plenty of fresh towels to use. Staff is watching and not well behaved people will be told off as no jumping or diving is allowed. Which is good and allowes all guest to have a nice time at the pool. But from security side looks like everyone from the street could walk in and use the pool. Nobody checked us at all if we are hotel guests. Gym: small but ok, dumbells, 2 treadmills but one broken, bikes and bench, yoga mats, weight machine. Spa: did not use. Bar: did not use. Hotel location: quite good, 10-15 walk to the center. Plenty of restaurants close by. Bus stop just outside the hotel. Hotel in general is ok but because of average food and dirty bedding I would give only 3 stars.

Tout était parfait. Et surtout le petit déjeuner qui était incroyable. Le personnel très agréable, le calme, nous étions 4 dans une chambre et tout était très bien. Nous sommes très satisfait.

− Le parking est très mal fait. Très étroit, difficile de circuler et de se parquer mais au moins, il y en a un ! :)

Great views and wonderful staff, but the property needs renovation

Sleep quality: The mattresses were top-quality and extremely comfortable, just as expected from this chain. Staff: The team was exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout our stay. Views: Breathtaking views from the breakfast restaurant and a fantastic view from the cafe near the pool. Breakfast with that scenery was a highlight!

− The hotel is in clear need of renovation. The rooms are quite old, dated, and showing their age.

Hotel muy cómodo para visitar Marsella, las habitaciones muy amplias, camas cómodas la piscina perfecta para refrescarte del calor, por la tarde era un oasis frente al calor de la ciudad. El bar tiene unas vistas increíbles al puerto y la carta aunque es pequeña todo está muy rico, muy recomendable los días que se llega cansado al hotel.
