− Disgusting a waste of money.
Disappointing and overpriced
2.0− Pool was down which wasnt posted on website. Ice machine didn't work on our floor. Continental breakfast was extremely lacking. Front desk associate had no people skills and couldn't find my online reservation at check-in plus i was overcharged and took several conversations to get "fixed" which was never handled properly. Had a mouse trap behind refrigerator in room which was concerning and over-all very out of date and the wifi didn't work. Awful experience and will never stay again.
Worst hotel for pets
1.0− Customer service was horrible I was asked about having a pet in which I told them yes and once I told them it was a cat they said:"you're joking right". No professionalism at all from the front desk. Not only that when you book it specify that it's pet friendly. At that point just put dog friendly and that will be explained.
