Great location mediocre property
6.0The hotel is pretty rundown. Some of the rooms are upgraded so make sure you get an upgraded room. While we were staying there, they put us in part of the hotel that has construction. We had to complain and they moved us. On the other side, the location is fantastic centrally located and near everything
Overall experience is good
8.0Some comments below. Breakfast: - minimum meat selection, steam dim sum is not hot Room: - no pen & note paper , knife & plate in room - housekeeping should be completed earlier ( e.g before 2:00pm) Bar: - the bottle white wine in not cool enough The overall service is good .
great but a little bit of a let down with the renovations and noise
6.0the staff and breakfast are above excellent. this was my second stay here and i would definately come back, i am looking to return in november.
− everything was fine but there was renovations that we weren't told about and it was very noisy and half the hotel was closed. there was also alot of noise at night from people runnig down the hallways even at 1am in the morning.
