1.0− Its been over 3 weeks still awaiting refund of the incidentals deposit, hotel staff confirm it has been refunded to a Unionpay card however I do not possess such a card, perhaps they mixed up cards but will not look into it further and tell me the issue is with my bank.

Value for money. Mind the currency, though
5.0Large and comfortable room. The position in town was ok, not too central but not distant from the subway station
− The reception staff. I asked about changing currency on arrival, I wa stold it was possible. I did not bother to look for a bank, for this reason. On departure morning, the staff on duty told me they had no idea what I had been told, and exchange was not possible. This cost me quite a lot of money, compared with the amount I had to change
