8.0Only complaints I have were my room was hot they couldn’t fix the AC and it was difficult to make reservations. Everything else was great!

10.0the hotel was extremely accommodating and the rooms were amazing kitchen living from and dining area and separate bedroom view spectacular and the hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful

8.0We arrived around 330 pm, wasnt a long drive from the airport. The young lady at check in was very friendly, she spoke very good english so she wasnt hard to understand, but it was alot of info to take in, we were very tired so we listened to the most important, wasnt her fault, like i said, we were tired. The bellhop took our luggage to our room, showed us the room, where the safe was, and how to use the jacuzzi. The room was very clean, ac worked good, had a nice deck, coffee maker, coffee, and fridge. Lots of towels and such. Now the downfalls, first, had i known there were different parts to this huge place, i would had booked at another spot. There are 4 other resorts to this complex. Anyhow, to get to buffet, we had to wait for the shuttle bus, sometimes was a 30 minute wait, same as when we wanted to come back. Should had stayed at this part, wouldnt had been a wait. Food was hit or miss, we found food was cold at dinner time, breakfast and lunch we found was the best. Service was ok. Pool at our part was freezing and the hot tub wasnt much better. The cabanas were nice though. Twice we had to get our safe opened, and our fridge, twice wasnt restocked, had to call front desk. All and all, was a nice place and if u like quiet, u will definitely have it there
