9.0Great Beach for swimming. Beautiful view tomatsauce Phagnan. Nice large villas . Ok fitness room and very nice large pool area. Many small nive dining alternatives just outside the resort.

7.0Großer Pool mit Poolbar, leider zu teuer Tolle Aussicht von Pool und Frühstück auf das Meer und die Insel Koh Phangan Geräumige und geschmackvolle Zimmer mit Poolaccess Frühstücksangebot ausreichend, leider kein Nutella für Pancakes Ruhige Lage mit ein paar Restaurants und Bars und minimarkt fussläufig, Fishermens Village gut mit Taxi zu erreichen Wenig Mücken, vermutlich wird nachts gespritzt
− Lobby: Wenig Kunden-orientiert, wenig flexibel, wenig engagiert. Unser Wunsch auf Zimmerwechsel konnte trotz zahlreicher freier Zimmer nicht erfüllt werden. Trotz Anmerkung bei Buchung weit im Voraus lag Kinderzimmer extrem weit entfernt von Elternzimmer, auch hier konnte man uns nicht entgegenkommen. Zu den priorisierten Informationen bei Ankunft zählt die Preisliste für beschädigtes Hotelinventar, die der Gast im Schadensfall zu zahlen hat. Ein freundliches Welcome sieht anders aus.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Hyggelig og velholdt have, skøn strand og polområderne, dejlig morgenmad.
9.0Dejligt hotel ved maenam beach. Flot arkitektur i Thai stil. Dejligt polområde.
− Værelserne kunne trænge til en renovering. Specielt badeværelserne, håndvaske sad så lave at de bedst passede til små børn. Brusere kunne trænge til renovering.
