Not impressed to say the least.
2.0Got there at 1pm they told me check In was 4 so I had to pay a up charge of $40. Advertise for $79 my total bill was $169, so you do the math. The kids were given a snack at check in, but at 8 am when we went for breakfast, they had nothing. Not even creamer for coffee. So they stopped by front desk and asked for a snack cake she told them there was a charge. They came back to the room to get money and she had locked the office so they couldn’t get back in. They do not open the pool until 11, which is conveniently check out time. Room was ok, bathroom was not sanitary. They seem to be finding reasons to upcharge everyone that comes through. (Lakeview room-upcharge, arrive early- upcharge.). Nothing works on the property. I would not recommend .
