2.0I made a reservation through Hotel.com to stay at the Bishop Inn on June 25th. When we arrive at the Inn, it was completely shut down. An employee was sitting in the lot telling reservation holders that the hotel was closed. I was told we would not be charged. Now I have a charge on my Visa and a new reservation. I did not make the July 24-25 reservation. Please correct this reservation error and reverse the charge on my VISA.
