One night was enough.
5.0He did have the bare essentials and we were glad we only had to rent for one night. WIFI was good.
− Room was not clean. Check in was very unorganized. I had a bug on me through the night. It is not updated whatsoever.

Perfect place if you are looking for a place to stay for a few nights at cape cod. Great location.
8.0Location! Absolut gorgeous. You can almost see beach from the window. Really quiet neighborhood, has its own parking lot and a place to have seat and eat a dinner outside
− Smelled like a moisture in old house.
It served our purpose and the owner took care of us when needed.
7.0The location was great and according to the owner we were mistakenly given a much lower rate than normal. He did however honor the lower price.
− The room is quite small and dated. The toilet would not flush but the owner came by the next morning and replaced all the internal parts. The Ocean view is from a roof top observation area not from the room.
