6.0Will not recommend to anyone. We stayed 2 nights. They never come to replace bedding and towels. Heater was not working and when I told at the service desk and said he is going to notify housekeeping. I said nothing. If he’s going to tell housekeeping to fix heater what would you expect from them, I figured not worth it to explain.

2.0When we arrived at the Hotel, we were told there was no room available, even though we had a confirmation no. No offer was made to reimburse us. We were told we'd have to take it up with Expedia. Staff was not helpful or courteous...basically told us "too bad"...When we asked to speak to a Manager, we were told no one was available...Never stay at this place unless you like being mistreated and denied service!

6.0The property is extremely run down and dirty. I was there for 4 nights and I noticed the elevator was never swept or anything. It’s quite a dirty place. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, however.
Don’t stay there
2.0Dirty actual blood spots on carpet and on a wall. Dried food on the table. No plug for bathtub. Pool water was very cold and no towels. No phone in one of the rooms and one of the mini fridges smelled of fish so bad couldn’t use it. Hallways smelled of weed. Just don’t stay there.
