Will stay there again when in Fernie, despite some room/TV disappointments
7.0Tayla checked us in and was helpful when we asked to switch rooms. Great shower (though water was not contained in shower area, no shower door only a half-wall). Appreciated 15% discount coupon at Smitty's restaurant (next door) in AM, but breakfast food was average. Room coffee was hard to make (grounds in drip filter into coffee cups) but very good once brewed.
− No door on shower stall, just a half glass wall; HD TV had cable but few channels and no premium cable channels with movies nor series (thought it would based on price and advertising info online), also unable to see what shows were coming up on cable guide on the TV (and no printed list of channels for reference). Bed was comfortable but high for 4'11" senior female to get into.

10.0Great hotel- very clean, EV charging, sauna and hot tub along with a kitchen to make a meal. We even saw a fox and deer wandering outside. They have made it energy efficient without losing any quality. The staff were excellent- friendly and helpful.

9.0Love the care and attention given to being eco friendly righ5 down to the toilet paper. Also provides staff a living wage!! And the coffee is the best I’ve ever had. Love the the foxes, thought the ones outside the window were real for moment.

10.0J'avais demandé une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Après plus d'un mois sur la route et avoir séjourné dans plusieurs hôtels ... Enfin une chambre vraiment adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite ! Prendre une douche n'est plus une acrobatie ni un danger. Pour être parfait, il ne manque l'ajout d'une tablette dans la salle de bain pour déposer nos effets personnels de toilette et un support près du lavabo pour y suspendre la serviette pour les mains. La chambre est vraiment confortable. L'hôtel est bien situé. La chambre dispose de tout l'équipement pour y être à l'aise et même y prendre nos repas.

10.0This hotel has given me THE best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel, 0 complaints. The staff here is always around to lend a hand and will do their best to make sure you have a great experience. The complimentary E-Bikes are a great way to explore the surrounding area via the dirt and paved trails which providing amazing views of the streams, river and mountains. The entire interior of the building just has personality that should be experienced in person. The rooms are spick and span upon arrival ready to be heated or cooled to your liking, and if your room gets too boring you can always go enjoy the hot tub or sauna out back or the grill and seating area that is free to use out front! Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore the towns natural beauty and have a well deserved rest.
