− Check-out was frustrating and poorly handled. Even after I had left the hotel, my card continued to be charged and I was asked to authorize an additional $300 hold. My check-out was also recorded later than when I actually checked out, which created even more confusion. Instead of clearly explaining the charges, staff repeatedly blamed my bank rather than helping resolve the issue. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and stressful.

10.0Malik the maintenance man is the best. What a star. This is the best place to stay in Baltimore. Wonderful location so close to the stadiums. Hospitality was top notch - jai and caliyah were so amazing at the front desk going out of their way to provide our needs. They are exceptional. Could not recommend more.
