Great location, run-down hotel, useless for anyone with walking difficulties, staff unintersted.
3.0The location is second to none in Poole. We had one of the best rooms and the view was great. One member of staff helped when we received the wrong dinner order (offered to remove the 'service charge'!!), the previous two just disappeared after we said the order was wrong.
− Absolutely useless (actually dangerous) for anyone with a disability. A few ramps on the stairs would help. Its a diingy run down hotel. Staff, except one, were uninterested. Food expensive and greasy spoon standard. Room had one tiny shampoo and body wash - enough for one person for one shower (take a bar of soap!). Disappointed.
Bit disappointed considering the cost, but very convenient i guess..
6.0Room was OK, shower very good, plenty of pressure which is unusual in hotels these days, USB ports in some of the tickets was also useful
− Room was crazy hot, admittedly 28C outside, but couldn't open windows more than a crack and the cooler didn't work properly. Duvet so thick it would have kept an eskimo warm. Also, room wasn't serviced so no milk or coffee on second morning, and no fridge in room...

9.0The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accomodating.
− The restaurant closed early on a Sunday
