Room 337 was great!
7.0The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent, with plenty of things to do nearby.
− The rest of the hotel could use some renovation, especially the restaurant and bar, which feel outdated.
Nice day lying by the pool.

− Clumsy, slow arrangements and service at the restaurant and bar. Bar shut too early. (10pm?)

8.0Ruime suite met fraai balkon
− Stroomstoring van circa 2 uur. Personeel stelde gasten niet actief op de hoogte. Bar en restaurant gingen dicht, ondanks het feit dat er om 17.30 weer elektriciteit was. Waarom niet net een beperkte kaart iets voorzetten aan de gasten. Nu moesten we met de auto op ziek naar een mogelijkheid ergens te eten
Overpriced and the resort doesn’t care about your stay at all. Disappointing.
2.0The resort itself was very nice, amenities were good
− Check in time is 5pm later than anywhere else and check out time is 10 am earlier than anywhere else. It’s ridiculous for the cost of the stay. Paid over 400 for 1 night to have staff wake us up at 7:45 with loud banging and crashing noise tearing down massive wedding venue tents. They should have waited until check out time it was insane. Totally ruined the trip when your whole family has to get up way earlier than expected and then have to listen to that for an hour straight.

Please note that Resort fees are charged only from June 1 to September 30, every year and will be collected at the Resort.
