− The internet does not work at all, on the booking.com it mentioned that there is airport shuttle availability however I did send numerous messages to the hotel via,once I got to the hotel I asked them about the airport shuttle and they informed they don’t have,this should then not be advertised on booking.com The breakfast can do with some western choices also. AC was also not working,AC was either switched off for a whole night making it unbearable to sleep

5.0− On the last day, I had already checked out of the hotel, but my flight was only later in the day. I had a problem with my internet connection and asked the hotel reception for help so I could connect to their Wi-Fi. I had stayed at the hotel for five nights. Initially, one member of the reception staff refused to provide me with a Wi-Fi code. However, his colleagues at reception had to intervene so that I could be given access to the hotel’s free Wi-Fi.
