10.0Sehr ruhiges und freundliches Zimmer, mit hohem Erholungswert. Kühlschrank hat am Anfang schlecht funktioniert, aber später ausreichend. Reinigungskräfte hervorragend, deutsch sprechend, höflich und sehr fleissig.Bettwäsche wurde in den 14 Tagen nicht gewechselt. Insgesamt sehr zufrtieden !!! Dr.Schwarz

6.0S hotelom sme spokojni neboli. Zaciatok nie uplne prijemny personal na recepcii. Ubytovanie na dve noci stslo 250 € /2os. . Za takuto cenu by sa mali hanbit dat nam taku izbu ako dali. Za taku cenu som v 5 hviezdickovom hotely vo vysokych tatrach na vikend v luxuse. Cize ak chce hotel zarobit na hostoch, ktori idu na festival v piestanoch nemal by im davat za tu cenu hnile izby. Jedine pozitivum hotelova restauracia, vyborne jedlo aj obsluha. Ale celkovo hotel nemozem odporucit, stav cena kvalita hotela totalne o nicom. Keby bola cena 60€ na vikend pre 2 osoby tak by som nemal namietky.

2.0J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Pour commencer l'adresse affichée "spa island" est introuvable sur GPS. je suis arrivé à 20h 30, le restaurant était déjà fermé. Impossible de manger quoi que ce soir excepté une part de gâteau qui n'était pas de première fraîcheur. La chambre était plus que moyenne, la literie acceptable... A 117€ on s'attend à beaucoup mieux. À votre place j'éviterais cet établissement.
