− Bar/restaurant on the ground floor was shut for a private function so i had to go out to eat dinner.
Very comfortable. Great location. Staff go over and above to assist any way they can.
8.0Our second stay at Ascott Sathorn. Family loved it last time for location, facilities, size of rooms is very generous and staff are amazing so we returned.
− A minor issue but for the price, it is getting a little dated. We were surprised the TV's were not smart TV's to enable casting.

− Unfortunately we were in a suite where the AC didn’t work in one of the two rooms. They fixed it next day. No 24x7 room service
