I didn't expect luxury, and it would have been acceptable, until the last night.
4.0Friendliness and efficiency of staff were excellent. Breakfast was extremely varied, the only drawback being the heat in the room where the "continental" breakfast items were laid out - no window!! The public parts of the hotel are fine, but see below as regards the bedroom corridors.
− Sadly, my recollection of the place will forever be negative due to the totally unacceptable behaviour of numerous young (late teens?) guests on my floor on the last night. They had apparently checked in late that night after a party. Their loudness in the corridor coupled with multiple slamming doors spread over some hours, including them knocking on my door, prevented sleep. I called the night porter and the noise subsided, but only for a while. They should never have been admitted to the hotel, and when their behaviour was so bad they should have been ejected. The bedroom corridors are narrow and dull, with poor lighting. Traffic in and around Letterkenny is dreadful, but you can't blame the hotel for that!

8.0Pool, bar and location are great breakfast really nice too.
− Dusty, dated and dirty in areas, old dust not new dust. If more attention was paid to cleaning, hoovering edges I wouldn't have an issue but in the room and along the corridors it was thick along the edge of the wall.
Was there for a wedding and we enjoyed the wedding.
5.0− Our room was very small - I would say it was a glorified cupboard, yet other people’s rooms seemed bigger. Would not book again.
Perfect for our purposes which was an overnight for a nearby wedding.
8.0Very comfortable and welcoming - room decor not very nice, but the beds were perfect and the toiletries provided were noted and appreciated
− The room decor is pretty bad, even allowing for it not being a ‘posh’ resort.

− Bedroom wasn’t what you offer no air con room was so poor 1980 yous need stop showing photos off rooms you don’t get .
