4.0Room was gross. Bathroom was dirty. Pool area was dirty. They had no clean towels besides pool towels for the 4 nights I stayed there.

8.0All was good but the elevator was out of order and that is the second i have been there and the elevator was down and my wife is disabled abd the staff did place on the bottom floor and that was great
Avoid this Wyndham – spend the extra money elsewheret
4.0Booked through Priceline and regretted it immediately. The first room we were given was a disaster: • The door wouldn’t close or lock unless slammed. • Several lamps were missing bulbs. • The bed squeaked with every move. • The air conditioner roared so loudly it sounded like a jet taking off. • The “fresh” towel hanging in the bathroom was stained, with what appeared to be blood. To make matters worse, the elevators were out of order. Guests were expected to haul luggage up three flights of stairs, and the only ice machine in the whole building was on the 3rd floor. After complaining, we were moved to another room. It was a slight improvement, but still had obvious cosmetic issues. The closet door had a hole from the entrance door slamming into it—no doorstop in place. That about sums up the level of upkeep here: careless. The only positive thing I can say is that every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, and went out of their way to be helpful. Unfortunately, no amount of friendliness can cover for the poor condition of this hotel. Bottom line: save yourself the headache. Directly across the road is a Holiday Inn Express. Spend the extra bucks—you’ll actually get what you pay for. ⸻

2.0Building falling apart. Elevator broken for over 3 months. Room smelled of mold

6.0Elevator not working. We were offered a refund but chose to stay. Room could stand some extra cleaning and the sheets were worn with holes. The stairs that we had to use had a door that lead to the outside and it was left propped open so anyone could come in without going through the lobby. Didn’t like the idea of anyone just being able to come in. Staff was friendly and nice.
