− Unfortunately, the fitness center was canceled in the accommodation compared to the past, the bar by the pool, which is located on the 7th floor, was canceled, so no refreshments. The large restaurant was also canceled and only a smaller cafe remained, where you can order some snacks, wraps, etc. and coffee with drinks. Our apartment was large and spacious, but it lacked basic things that we had to buy immediately upon arrival. The stove did not work, there is no coffee machine in the apartment, there was no sponge for dishes, etc. Ordinary little things that make a difference. However, there are shops in the vicinity of the accommodation where you can buy these things. However, you don't feel like dealing with that immediately upon arrival... The equipment is already worn out and that spoiled the overall impression.

− No housekeeping. I believe the money we paid should have included daily house keeping. It's ridiculous that they expected an extra R600 daily for housekeeping. Also if you are not going to provide housekeeping they could have atleat ensured the facility has access to a broom and mop. We had to request those aside. The breakfast was definitely not worth the money. They made us pay R250 pp for a breakfast menu that sold food worth R89 to R120? On top of that the breakfast menu doesn't include a typical English breakfast? What's the point? Very dissapointing to say the least.
