We had a return visit to the Hotel Sigiriya with family members and were once again not disappointed by the tremendous attention afforded to us by all the staff. Prior to arrival we arranged to have a special dinner in the Tamarind Tree Hut, fantastic service and a superb meal. We never tire of the view of Sigiriya Rock which is outstanding from the pool. The Hotel Sigiriya is in a great location if you are wanting to explore the surrounding area. Our room was clean and well maintained. Musical entertainment provided by the hotel each evening. Excellent value for money. Thank you.

While the reception staff is fine, the bar staff don’t speak English well, which caused confusion and resulted in us receiving the wrong food and being not able to explain the alergens. Also, the waiting time is simply unacceptable given we were the only one waiting.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel in Sigiriya. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome with a refreshing welcome drink, which made us feel relaxed after the journey. The check-in process was smooth and very professional, and the staff handled everything efficiently. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with a beautiful and well-maintained garden view. The surroundings were peaceful and the garden areas were clearly well cared for. The pool area was very relaxing, offering a great view of Sigiriya Rock, which made the atmosphere even more special. The bar service was excellent, with friendly staff and great drinks. The breakfast and dinner buffets were huge and extremely delicious. There was a great variety of food, and the action cooking corner was superb. The desserts were especially delicious and beautifully presented. The garden throughout the property was very well maintained ,adding to the relaxing environment. What stood out the most was the staff – always helpful and welcoming, with a smile on their faces. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sigiriya!

staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with a good variety of local and international options. The pool area was another highlight . Well maintained garden and pool area. Special thanks goes to dinesh who take care of pool .

Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sigiriya . it truly adds to the magic of the experience!The view of Sigiriya Rock right from the hotel is breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax. Front office team were helpful and friendly.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Sigiriya.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with genuine hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink, which made us feel truly special. Front office manager Miss.tharaka was very friendly to all the guest as I saw. The highlight of this hotel is the breathtaking view of Sigiriya Rock right in front of the pool.it’s simply unforgettable. Relaxing by the pool while enjoying that iconic view was an incredible experience. Bar is near by the pool and you can order foods from the bar as well.they are offering evening tea with snack live station in the afternoon and it was reasonable .
