− Noisy room, cheap motel looking room, cobwebs everywhere. What a disastrous time we had. There is no luxury in this place, avoid it. It’s all about the photos on website that looks good but in reality it’s totally disappointing. We went on holiday to relax but went home exhausted due to lack of sleep due to the constant echoing noise of washing machine or generator throughout the night. This was the worse holiday we ever had. The room we’ve been is W216. 2 stars only (view and spa).

− I had to get the room key redone twice during our stay Maybe a couple of throw rugs would be great especially in winter - the veiw from our balcony was amazing and it would have been nice to sit out there
I wasn’t happy with the room I wasn’t what I thought Iwas getting and what I paid for

− During the stay water was cut off for most of the day! The room I got was nothing like the photos. I believe I over paid I didn’t get a balcony but I’m the photos for what I was booking I thought I would have a balcony so I could sit n relax. The lounge chairs was uncomfortable to sit on. No tv in room so could lay in bed n watch tv I was disappointed with the room

Please note the indoor pool and spa area is open from 7:00 until 19:00. Between the hours of 10:00-16:00, children are allowed to access to the area with parental supervision. Outside of these hours the area is for adults only. These rules are subject to change.

Please note that several food & beverage outlets around the property are privately owned & operated. Live entertainment is provided on most weekends, and occasional week days. The Shoal Bay Country Club and Whitesands Conference Centre are open until 03:30 and 02:00 respectively, however noise levels are reduced from midnight. Please be aware that some noise may carry to apartments during these times.
