− falta de organização com o ônibus para a praia, não ter toalhas para todos os hóspedes para locação, demora no recolhimento de pratos e copos sujos, causando desorganização, academia bem ruim, mas está em reforma uma nova, espero que melhore

− O clube de praia fica a 6 km do hotel. Então, tem que observar o horário dos ônibus disponibilizados pelo hotel. Nada que comprometa a estadia.

− Não gostei das opções de comida e nem do sabor da comida. As opções de bebida alcoólica é pouco e quando acabou (no primeiro dia de estadia) não foi reposto enquanto estava hospedado. O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou. E o quarto se quer tem uma opção de SMART TV, tem apenas alguns canais de TV aberta.
