Seemed decent at first, until I woke up with bites all over my body. Went to the lobby to get a refund and let them know they had bed bugs, they already knew they had them! Do not stay here!

This hotel should not exist!

Sadly, I booked online before seeing this property; just off the freeway at a gas station. The hotel was just two blocks away. When I arrived there were literally no cars in the parking lot. I drove around to the back to double check - one; likely the person on duty. There were knee-high weeds in the front entrance and it just had that run-down look (evening - can't be more specific). There was no one at the front desk, so I rang the bell. No response. Waited, rang again. No response. Tried again. Someone shouted back they would be with me soon (can't quote exactly - it was last fall). Still no response. In the meantime, someone else came through the door. So, now two of us waiting. And the place inside didn't look much better than outside. Finally the person on duty came to the desk and explained they were in the bathroom. They looked up my reservation. Informed me that the accessible rooms all had exterior entrances. I had specifically booked a property that advertised interior entrances/ So now feeling more unsafe than usual since I was traveling alone and the only other traveler was waiting behind me. Went to the room. Musty. Swollen doors. And two entrances - both interior and exterior. Started to go to get luggage out of the car and decided I did not feel safe there so went out to cancel. Had I written this in November I could have given you much more detail. Sorry! I returned to the front desk. They refused to give me a refund even though I had just booked it 5 minutes before arrival. And the person on duty refused to give me his name so I could properly reference him in my call to Wyndham to fix it, so I took a photo just in case. I ended up sitting in the car on hold with Wyndham Properties for 30 minutes. Gave up and drove off. Went down the street to a much cleaner, newer Best Western - with cars actually reflecting they had guests. In the end, my complaint to Wyndham got a 50% refund, and no replacement of the points I used to pay down the nightly fee. Not a happy camper. And a hard lesson learned on trusting what is advertised on their site. The next morning I drove back past the Super 8 just to see if my imagination was working or if the condition was as bad as I thought it was. The latter. My reaction: this place should be shut down! I have not returned since, and this review is written in July, so it may be out of date. One can only hope they have improved since November.

Ok if you like low end places

It was clean and comfortable in the beds were very nice. Staff was polite and helpful.

− The first room we were given wreaked of cigarette smoke. When we went to ask for a non-smoking room we were told all of them were non-smoking and I informed the desk attendant that someone had smoked in there so the second room they gave us also smelled like cigarette smoke. We used a whole bunch of hand sanitizing spray and opened up the window. The continental breakfast was not awesome. It was not worth my $98.
