10.0The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was great.
Convenient location - walkable to financial district, Union sq, Chinatown and BART station
9.0Great location - abundant restaurant/coffee shop options all around. A few blocks to Montgomery st BART station - easy walk not much of an uphill. Hotel opened about 6 years ago so still feels new. Comfortable and clean rooms although some have more chairs/couch than others. Filtered water station which is a bonus. Also use of microwave in lobby breakfast room. There is also a small supermarket a couple of blocks away.
− Only one chair in room - a bit lacking for two people (furnishings seem to be different depending on the rooms - not necessarily categories).

9.0Excellent location in a safe neighborhood, just a short walk from Union Square and Chinatown, with easy access to San Francisco's main attractions. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The connecting rooms were perfect for our family. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Friendly and convenient
9.0The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent: right next to Chinatown and in walking distance from the conference centre and shopping areas.
