8.0A delightful place to stay. Others reviewed it as in need of modernization. But for us older folks it was just the way we like it. Most important the beds were good, which is a priority for old folks. Water pressure in the shower was outstanding. Loved the restaurant at the end of the hallway. Good food! Lovely service too. The lady in charge of the hotel said they would be starting a complimentary morning breakfast for their guests. That has become very important these days. Our only complaint was the pool. The water was not in good condition and the machinery looked like it had not had attention for a while. Please attend to it because it is a nice indoor pool feature. If we come back to visit our grandson at Ft. Hood we will definitely stay at Shilo Inn.

10.0My stay at the Shiloh hotel was excellent family type environment made me feel at home. The service was great. The hotel was great. The GM was very accommodating not only to me but all my party I recommend that this hotel would be one of the best places for you to stay reasonable prices good service, safe and clean

6.0Room was as expected -no complaints except we only had 1 wash cloth. The problem with this facility was the constant marijuana stench. People smoking pot right in front of the hotel constantly. Lobby and elevators smelled like pot as well. Don’t know If we will stay again because of this. The way it smelled tells me this is common there.

10.0The hotel personnel were very courteous, and they showed that they appreciated us being a guest in their establishment. Great customer service. We will be a repeat customer.
