10.0The hotel location was very serene and the property itself has so much character. We were lucky and had our room upgraded, for no extra charge, to a lovely, separate, two story cottage (just steps from the pool!). Very comfortable hotel, the staff were all lovely and could not be more welcoming, gracious, and accommodating. Breakfast served in the dining room was plentiful and overall just outstanding.
