The refrigerator did not work at all. The halls were extremely dark, to the point of being creepy.

− The room was hot, and it took hours to cool down. The lady at the front desk on Saturday morning was extremely rude to the point of being mean. We were going to put our friends’ luggage in our room because their flight arrived early and she would not let them check in until 2. (We had checked in the evening before), she absolutely refused to let us take them upstairs to our room to leave their luggage until the afternoon when they could check in. I asked her why and she just kept saying “It’s not allowed”. I even asked if the hotel was full, and she said 12 rooms were occupied and 20 were not. It was absolutely absurd. We live in Italy and had gone to Rome to pick up our friends, and this woman was being unreasonable and ugly to us. Every other person in the weekend was friendly and nice, and she was just awful. We will absolutely never stay here again. Rome has way too many other properties to choose from.
