8.0The massage that I had at the spa was exceptional. But the prices they had online and the prices at the spa were different. Also, they gave a different discount than the one they mentioned in the room. Also, their service while handling luggage was not up to the standard, they need to improve here.

8.0Although my stay was very good, I was not charged what I booked - I was charged more and there seems to be no easy way to contact hotels.com or the hotel to resolve. The system was down when I checked out, so I don't even have a detailed receipt to book for reimbursement.
