− No me gustó que contrate un servicio y no había disponibilidad Dp, me ofrecieron un upgrade y me salió más caro pero me quedé sin desayuno, no me gustó entrar discutiendo con el personal. El costo del hotel que contrate era elevado para que me sacaran el desayuno!! Lamentable Luego lo peor fue a las 8 de la mañana se activó la alarma de incendio, nadie sabía el porqué, según dicen alguien la activó (pero no revisaron en el sistema de cámaras) y el susto de saltar de la cama en un piso 7 pensar en sacar a tus hijos con una alarma de incendio sonando y sin un solo protocolo de seguridad me pareció lamentable!! Llamabas a recepción y no sabían decirte que hacer.

− The snacks and drinks in the room were very expensive. I called the reception to ask for late checkout, they said it would be 60 dollars and I agreed. Then when I went to check out, they told me it was not 60 dollars but 72. I said I was told it was 60, they apologised and said there were something extra included in the price so it was 72, excluding the prices of the snacks. That was something I did not like but other than that everything was great.

10.0Todo! La habitación grande y espaciosa. El baño igual, cómodo para un adulto alto (mí marido siempre tiene problemas con las duchas bajas, pero está vez no, y lo agradece). El personal es amable, el hotel es precioso y el desayuno riquísimo.
