5.0− Uncomfortable bed, room cleanliness was poor and I had to ask for towels twice because they didn’t leave any.
Enjoy a wonderful stay at the Double Tree in American Canyon.
10.0The front desk staff member was very friendly and welcoming. She let us have 2 extra cookies and made our stay very pleasant.
− Nothing! We love this Double Tree and its location. It is close to different shops and restaurants.

− I had to change rooms 4 times due to faulty things in the rooms. Non-flushable toilet, broken thermostat, refrigerator making very loud noises. The 4th room was OK.
To be 2 days no contact it unprofessional I need a full refund
