− Somewhat loud due to the roadway near by. And a little pricey.

− Only 1 elevator, needs some updating. Really needs to have picnic table or few benches outside the hotel for people that want to get out of their room to smoke, have a drink, get some fresh air especially since no balconies at hotel.
