Great Family Vacation
10.0This was our 4th time here and we had a wonderful time! The property is beautiful, it has a very nice patio area that looks over one of the many canals on Marco Island. The pool was a tad cloudy and on the warm side, which I'm sure is because of the high temps outside and people coming back from the beach. Linda and Brooke at the front desk were excellent! They always had a smile, very friendly, helpful, offered great suggestions, and genuine. Thanks for making our vacation wonderful! There are plenty of restaurants to walk to on the Esplanade with lots of happy hour specials.

10.0Very well maintained property, clean and stylish. Brooke, the front desk lady is awesome and very helpful. Location is walking distance to many shops and restaurants and shuttle bus to beaches and back is a big plus.
Lovely return visit
10.0We came here for two nights whilst in the area, to reminisce. We used to come here a lot with family but hadn’t been for twenty years. It was all brand new back then and this time we were blessed to have a refurbished unit. Still the same great standard. Well equipped, spacious and a generous amount of supplies. The shuttle service was a fantastic perk and we loved chatting to the friendly lady that drove us around. Location is so handy to walk to shops and eateries. I love this place!

1.0− Daniel Bovin has a very poor level of customer service, he didn't deserve to work with customers specially in a family vacation destination. I stay here many times and I was considering to buy the time share but after this experience I will not do it. ... wile we were at the pool, I overheard other families talking about the poor treatment they received from this manager... I understand that everybody can have a bad day but heard this from more people make me think that this guys is not the correct one for that position ...!!!
