Not happy I did not book the disability room but that’s what I got. Nothing was appropriate in the bathroom for a normal

Comfortable room (but pricey for one) in an elegant building.
8.0The general layout, the attractive terrace. No noise from the road. Staff very friendly and helpful. I liked the voucher incentive to save the environment by not having housekeeping. Breakfast was quite good but the wholemeal bread ran out very quickly and the alternative was standard white. Paying £200 per night for solo room and breakfast I would have liked a greater choice of continental style breakfast in a more attractive dining room. It had the feel of a cheap café
− The rather small breakfast room in the basement. It was a squeeze to get by the tables (and I’m petite!) and seemed rather pokey for an hotel which is otherwise quite grand. (See other comments re breakfast above) Are there not other more comfortable rooms for dining in a building so elegant?
