5.0The restaurant Seven Seas, one of the best value for money fine dining in Sri Lanka.
− The staff. Very badly trained, if at all, no customer orientation.
Nice calm hotel
9.0Nice architecture, wide spaces, calm, clean and well manteinanced place. Cool hotel.
− Noisy and not powerful ac in the room. Due to several water supply cuts in the morning the water shower temperature was cold or burning. Long 3-days weddings held in the garden, breaking the beauty and the calmness of the hotel. Some members of the staff are too much intense trying to be simpatic but they were exceeding the attention to us.
