Vær obs på reservationen - at du får det du har betalt for
5.0Beliggenheden var super og klart det,som gav opholdet et point opad. Tæt på bus, metro, indkøb af dagligvarer, shopping m de store modehuse, Operaen, caféer og gode spisesteder.
− At personalet slet ikke forholdt sig til vores booking og reservation af executive 3 Pers lejlighed i 2 etager (som stod anført på vores booking) Men fik anvist et lille værelse i et plan til 2 Pers. på 1.sal. Da vi så værelset, gjorde vi personalet i receptionen opmærksom på, at der måtte foreligge en fejl. Meget bestemt/og i en ubehagelig toneføring fik vi besked om at vente i opholdsområdet imens vores bookingoplysninger blev undersøgt. Vi fik efter et stykke tid anvist en lejlighed i 2 plan på 3.sal. Vi kunne ikke gøre indsigelser da det nu var en lejlighed i 2 plan. Med en følelse af at det stadig ikke var korrekt - er vores oplevelse at det virker meget utroværdigt og tilfældigt hvilket værelse/lejlighed der tildeles. Hvem scorer profitten ? Eller bliver der lavet dobbelt bookinger ? Der er jo forskel på prisen alt efter, hvad der reserveres! Når det så er sagt, var lejligheden slidt. Og ikke som de fotos der ligger på booking.com. Der blev gjort rent og skiftet håndklæder hver dag, hvilket var positivt. Morgenmaden var ok efter fransk standard. Personalet ved morgenbuffet var meget venlige og serviceorienterede. Hotellets placering er perfekt da det ligger centralt og i et roligt område.

9.0Gostei muito do apartamento com a copa (frigobar, microondas, cafeteira, chaleira elétrica, cooktop, utensílios), o café da manhã é bem completo, cama confortável, limpo, recepção atenciosa, guarda-volumes disponível e localização excelente próximo à lojas (Lafayette/ Printemps), galerias, restaurantes e com um supermercado Monoprix a poucos passos de distância.
− A iluminação fraca do quarto, à noite ficava bem escuro pois tinha apenas um plafon com luz fraca perto da porta, e o banheiro é bem apertado, a banheira é muito alta, não é indicado para pessoas com alguma restrição de mobilidade.
