Lovely Small Hotel
10.0What a lovely small hotel! Our room was stylish, spacious and comfortable. Even though it is in a historic building, the bathrooms and the HVAC are all modern and function well. The common areas are very inviting. We enjoyed talking with the incredibly friendly staff member at breakfast. The included pastries, coffee, and yogurt were more than enough to keep us full until lunch. And the location is great, very central, you can walk to some things and easily drive to others, and there is free parking. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Asheville.
Excellent Stay at the Blind Tiger Hotel in Asheville
9.0We stayed three nights at the Blind Tiger in Asheville and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautifully and uniquely designed, with a warm atmosphere that feels far more personal than the standard box hotels. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The location is excellent as well (several good and affordable restaurants are within a 15 minute walk). One of the highlights is the relaxed lobby: cozy, authentic, and perfect for enjoying breakfast or reading a book. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. In short, a fantastic alternative to the typical box hotels. Highly recommended.

8.0Loved the trendy vibe of the main house and our room. We had great wifi and a beautiful large bathroom. Having parking on-site was a nice perk. The few irritations we experienced were not enough to keep me from staying again.
− The windows and door in the unit were difficult to lock. The bed wasn't great for either my husband or me - but that is a personal preference. The cute little bedside table wasn't big enough to effectively do the job, and I had to crawl on my knees to plug in my charger. The breakfast was minimal, but that was indicated on the site when we made the reservation.

10.0Well landscaped. Ample parking. Room was exactly as described. Very private and very comfortable.
− No bath mat in the bathroom. The bathroom floors were slippery when wet so we used a hand towel as a dry mat. Plenty of towels were provided so that really wasn’t a big issue just something they should think about for guests safety.
