9.0We had a big room with king size bed, and it was very comfortable. Kitchenette is very small, but enough to prepare quick dinner with microwave. Swimming pool and slide were amazing for the kids.

8.0Great location. Very comfortable beds. Staff was great. We had a leak in our ceiling and they had us moved to another room in no time.
It was nice to pull right into the city with the hotel conveniently located
10.0Lots of parking , easy booking , double queen suite was perfect space for the 6 people.
− Credit card upon arrive and for some reason I couldn't find mine , we had to ask other persons staying in the room to provide. Embarrassing!!!

10.0Friendly and clean environment. The breakfast dude is my family's favorite, he was so kind. I went to wash the highchair after my child was done eating and he insisted that I let him do it. As well as him and everyone of the staff ensuring we were taken care of during our stay as we would pass them in the building.
− The hot tub was not open, it was totally taped off for no entry, after being told it would open at 5.
