− I booked 2 double rooms but there was only 1 tooth brush, 1 bedroom slipper and no coffee in both rooms & 1 threadbare face towel.

1.0صحيت من النوم والغرفة مليانة نمل اصفر صغير كلمت الاستقبال وكلموا مديرهم وجاء وشاف الوضع وللاسف كان رده سي جدا يقول هذا طبيعي يحصل لاسيما بان اندونسيا دولة استوائية ولم يعتذر وتم تقديم شكوى لمنصة الحجز بوكنق بهذا الخصوص
