− Pool was a little dirty.
Honestly, the woman who checked us in was so rude, and the condo was very dated and worn for the price.

− You couldn’t see the beach from the pool and it was so windy the beach was never swimmable
We didn’t get what we paid for
6.0Waipouli Beach Resort is lovely. The condo we stayed in for five nights was nicely furnished, spacious, clean and comfortable. I rated it as average because we paid for a garden view unit and instead got a condo with a view of the parking lot. Our attempts to address this with the front desk and management were met with the claim that they classified our unit as garden view, that all outward facing condos are described as that. On the resorts website, the condo we were given was pictured and described as a town view. We pointed out the discrepancy but were told we were in a garden view unit. So just beware when booking at this resort, that you may not get the accommodation you expected and paid for.

− The spa where you can rent items never posts it's hours
Beautiful and clean and excellent family pool area.
8.0Beautiful grounds and pool area was very fun, the place was very clean.
− Not enough amenities, no place to buy water, need vending machines and ice machines. The business center computers didn’t work and nobody available to help. And 2 buildings Elevator was broken.
