8.0Easy to find, booking in was straight forward and you can park outside the room. The room was spacious and comfortable ( maybe the mattress was a little soft but that is just personal preference) Easy to access the main highway to explore Cape Cod Muffins and coffee were excellent. Our only negative was that we could hear people in next door room, only one side so they were probably just very noisy

10.0The rooms are totally updated and very clean. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for your visit to the area. Seems that everyone who was there was a recurring visitor. Will definitely stay there again.
