1.0J'ai demandé à arriver plus tôt.....ils ont répondu bien trop tard ! Du coup surprise manquée donc réservation tombée à l'eau ! Et j'ai omis de prendre l'assurance annulation, pendant que....j'aurais dû ! Dommage, pour moi

lasciate perdere, pessimo!
2.0struttura mal tenuta, camere e bagni poco puliti. comodi comunque i letti. al nostro arrivo abbiamo chiesto alla reception delle bottiglie di acqua o delle birre e ci è stato risposto che non avevano nulla. La reception avrebbe dovuto già avere la lista delle persone da accogliere inviata via email giorni prima per far si che le procedure di accoglienza fossero piùveloci, e invece ci è voluto almeno un ora per sistemare 17 persone nelle relative camere. i balconi di accesso alle camere sono a dir poco imbarazzanti, parti che si scrostano e sporco per terra.
