9.0O café da manhã é ótimo, com horário extendido e bastante variedade, incluindo produtos locais. A calefação é excelente. Quartos espaçosos e confortáveis. Limpo, organizado. Chuveiro excelente.

− Passamos frio dentro do quarto. Os aquecedores são controlados pela recepção. Para funcionarem, é necessário pedir na recepção, que também os desliga quando bem entende. É desgastante precisar ficar lutando para se manter aquecido. Além disso, o barulho dos motores ligados dos ônibus turísticos que ficam estacionados em frente ao hotel faz todos acordarem a partir das 6h.

− Passeio frio e fui despertado com o barulho dos ônibus de excursão às 6h. Tinha uma goteira na varanda envidraçada do quarto.

− A pior experiência que tivemos em termos de hotel. Chegamos ao hotel e descobrimos que não havia vaga! Simplesmente nossa reserva realizada há mais de 4 meses foi IGNORADA! Nos ofereceram para sermos alocados em outro hotel. Sem outra opção. Nós, cansados da viagem, eu GRÁVIDA! LITERALMENTE, sem lugar para dormir! Como não tínhamos outra opção fomos ao outro hotel por eles recomendados e fomos muito bem recebidos. Porém, em relação ao NH, recomendo fortemente que evitem esse hotel para não passar por situação como essa que passamos!
