Run down, Dirty, and overpriced
3.0Parking was included and no issues finding a space. The hotel is a good location off the main road.
− The room was is disrepair. Chunks of wood missing out of the bed frame; all furniture scuffed badly, missing paint on the walls, missing caulking and trim in the bathroom; red mold in the shower; mini ‘fridge’ barely cooled anything; soda on the wall. The room felt dirty and in desperate need of renovation. I was charged a $200 damage fee (to be refunded after checkout), made to sign a waiver excusing them from any liability for anything. Charged me $200 for one night (two queen bed room), but did NOT include breakfast. I requested extra pillows and blankets and never received them. There were multiple signs in the room about up-charges like $70 to clean the room if you’re staying longer than a week; selling you their bathroom towels for $25 etc. the bathroom also came with communal soap and bathroom toiletries, which is highly unsanitary and unsafe. There is only 1 elevator. Although they have luggage carts, you are not allowed to take them out into the parking lot (by the elevator), so they were effectively useless.
