IT COULD BE BETTER TO BE A 5 STAR
10.0The hotel needs to improve the communication between the stuff and check that the amenities are always working inside and outside the property. Foods is excellent. The junior suite the rooms needs renew as well as the bathrooms.

10.0Beautiful, clean property with very friendly, helpful staff. We loved our room and our stay! Food was beautifully prepared at Terrace and taste delicious. Highly recommend for a holiday!

6.0Want happy with the fact that water kept being turned off for a very long time. Had to complain and get upset for it to be turned back on. Loved the room and restaurant. Was not happy with the half board option of going to tropical restaurant for lunch. It was not clean and floors everywhere and very dirty on tables. View was great though.

4.0Very disappointed with our experience, I wouldn't classify this as a 4 star hotel its at most a three star. The rooms were quite old and run down and the same with the facilities. The restaurant felt very unclean, we saw crows eating some of the food at breakfast, flies in the butter dishes and were quite disappointed with the quality of the food. We left after one night.
