10.0Eu amei tudo na estrutura do hotel, desde os espaços para ficar lá fora, as casinhas de vidro, a recepção, o lobby, o bar, restaurante, spa. Tudo perfeito. Mas nada supera o atendimento e a recepção da equipe. Em especial o Lorenzo que não deixou faltar nada e atendeu meus pedidos mais simples ao mais difícil.

O que eu mais gostei foi a experiência de caiaque, o instrutor vai junto, super seguro, apesar do frio, com todos os equipamentos fornecidos pela empresa, ficou super confortável! Meu filho adorou e eu também! Imperdível!
