Very disappointing
5.0The only positive aspect of our stay was the housekeeping staff. The person who cleaned our room was very helpful, friendly, and did an excellent job every day.
− Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no buffet and only three options to choose from: eggs, pancakes, or chilaquiles. The lunch and dinner menu also never changed, so there was very little variety during our stay. To make matters worse, the hotel bar was always closed, which was unexpected and limited the available amenities. Overall, the food and beverage service could be significantly improved.
