− La entretencion de los niños no estuviera hecho para otro publico que no fuera brasilero. La limpieza de la habitación muy tarde y mal hecha

5.0As acomodações são bem antigas. Nosso quarto (110) cheirava a mofo, tive a impressão que tinham acabado de dar uma pincelada de tinta para cobrir as manchas de umidade, de forma bem mal feita. Estávamos em casal e nos deram um quarto família, cheio de camas e um sofá-cama, uma mesinha e duas cadeiras ficaram presas num canto, sem acesso. O banheiro, apesar de bem grande, extremamente velho, torneira e misturador do chuveiro ficavam pingando, mesmo apertando ao máximo. Uma varanda grande sem utilidade alguma, vazia e suja. Cama razoável e com boa roupa de cama, pelo menos.

− No tenia la capacidad para los requerimientos de agua en los deptos. En la semana en tres oportunidades ( distintos días) no había agua en los baños. La demora en atender en restaurante a la carta. En una oportunidad tuvimos que retirarnos sin ser servido el plato principal después de 1 hora y media de espera.

Amo o Vila Galé de Cabo de Santo Agostinho, pois tudo é muito próximo, piscina, praia, restaurantes, entretenimento, bar, etc. Todo o ano eu bato ponto neste hotel que pra mim é o meu paraíso!
