− The mattresses and pillows were a bit hard, not as cozy as you’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The Santa Barbara branch was comfier.

8.0La ubicación en pleno centro. A 2 cuadras de la Gran Via y 2 de la Puerta del Sol. El desayuno muy completo, variado y casero. Veronica la encargada del desayuno muy cordial y servicial. La atención del personal también excelente y muy serviciales.
− Las habitaciones algo chicas pero compensa con lo moderno y limpio que es el hotel. Servicio de café, té, hielo, agua en el lobby.
