1.0− Si yo entré en boking para reservar un hotel con alberca Por ciertas situación, necesitaba que tuviera alberca y al momento de llegar, no dijeron que no estaba la alberca. Llegamos 5 minutos antes de las 3 no nos permitieron hacer el checking. Nos trataron muy mal en recepción.
